PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item. When you are finished shopping, select the shopping cart link and proceed to check out. 

SHOPPING ON-LINE
For your convenience, we offer a Secured Shopping Cart where you may use your credit card for online ordering. You may do so 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you experience any difficulties in placing an order, please contact us.

PAYMENT
We are happy to accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can also make payments via PayPal. PayPal is free and easy to use. You can pay via credit card, e-check or directly from your bank account. Please click here to set up a PayPal account. 

SHIPPING
Heddibands' standard method of shipping is USPS Priority Mail. We ship Monday through Friday, and any orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. We ship in stock items within 24 hours after the order is placed (with the exception of weekends and major holidays). An email confirming your order will be sent to you.

Up to $25...$4.99
$25.01-$50...$6.99
$50.01-$100...$8.99
Anything over $100...Free
 
Please note: Most of our items are custom and handmade after your order is placed. These items may take as long as 2-4 weeks to complete. You will be contacted via email regarding your custom order.
 
These rates apply to orders sent to the continental United States only. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, APO & FPO addresses, U.S. Territories & internationally may be subject to additional fees.

TAX
An 8.25% Sales Tax will be added to all orders shipped to California Residents only.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You may track the status of your order by clicking here, after which you be asked to enter your e-mail address and order number. Through this system you will be able to retrieve your entire order history with our online store. 

CUSTOM ORDERS
All items noted in the description as custom orders are completed upon processing the order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for customization. An additional charge of $5.00 per item will be charged for rush orders. Please contact us regarding a rush order. Custom orders are final sale and may not be returned unless an error was made in customization.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
At Heddibands we are very commited to providing the best quality material that we can find. We use the softest nylon and all our ribbon is sealed to prevent fraying. Please remember that some of our items have Swarovski crystals, and though they are strongly attached there still is the small chance that they may come off and become a choking hazard to your little one. We stand behind our products and are proud to offer the best and strongest materials we have yet to find. If you have a problem with your items for any reason or just have a suggestion or request please don't hesistate to contact us. We are always looking for ways to improve our product!

RETURN POLICY
Heddibands strives to maintain excellent customer service. Should you not be 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return non-custom orders in new and unused condition within 10 days of receipt. We will credit your payment to you by the method payment was made less shipping fees. Please contact us for a return number to include in your package.
